My experience with Vision works was exceptional. My eye exam with Optometrist was thorough. Working with staff member who assisted with choosing frames ,making sure lenses lined up properly with pupils. Prior to my exam ,my out of pocket costs and amount my insurance covered was disclosed.

I have not long picked up my new glasses from visionworks in Billerica. Once again they were fabulous. Everyone is so helpful and polite. i am never rushed and have lots of help choosing a pair that looks good on me and are within my budget. This was not my first time at this store and I had just as good an experience last time I was there. I highly recommend them.

They can be nice but the second you mention insurance they are super rude. Every time it will be pleasant and then you'll ask "hey does my insurance cover tbis" and without even checking they'll go "no". go anywhere else on earth they robbing everyone
