My visit was fine and I have confidence in their knowledge.
My low rating is due to "0" customewr service. I have been calling for 2 weeks and NEVER spoke to a human. That is HORRIBLE.

I had the best experience here. The customer service was amazing. Everyone was so kind and professional and took a personal interest in me. The Dr and his assistant were so wonderful. My Dr educated me and went through everything about my eyes in detail. I did not feel rushed at all. He took his time with me to make sure all my needs were meant. The lady that helped me with my glasses made sure I knew all of my options and helped me make the best decision for me. I highly recommend this office in Longmont!

Very helpful and friendly associates,process didn’t take long @ all. Would highly recommend having more safety glass frames,very small selection. Not bad prices either
