My daughter and I had the best experience with Cee. She was so patient and extremely helpful. My daughter knew exactly what she wanted and she found it at Visionworks! I accidentally said she wanted the Crocs brand and she immediately knew I meant Lacoste. 🐊 it took exactly 10 days to receive and absolutely appreciate getting a message that they were ready for pick up! I will be back to purchase myself a pair just because of Cee’s customer service. Thank you!

This review is for the optometrist they brought in to see me after having a terrible time at one of their Dallas locations. This old man had no shame and one hell of an ego. He obviously didn’t want to be there and talked down on me most of the time. Telling me my current glasses were and I quote “..from china or something” as he turned and waved his hand around dismissively. Honestly, I was dumbfounded and I wish I could have stood up for myself. Absolutely disgusting way to talk to the people. I’m never coming back to Visionworks. It was my go to but .. honestly, they had me wasting money and time.. months, to be precise for my results and my glasses (which they lost and had to get new ones).

I want to get on here and tell the staff how awesome they truly are! I want to tip my hat off to Ricky! He reached out to me proactively letting me know I was running low on contacts. I came in today he immediately assisted me with my order promptly and professionally his customer service has made a lasting impression, I can’t think of my optometrist name but he got me in a pair of biofinity and the contacts are everything! Forever grateful and will keep coming back!
