** update. Alex and team came through again. Same excellent service and made replacing my glasses a breeze. Thank you highly recommend +! Excellent Service. Got a same day appointment. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The store manager Alex, and his team are helpful fun and super on top of their game! Thank you for a great experience. Thao my OD was very informative and provided information to follow up with my primary for other potential issues. overall really positive experience and in and out in under an hour.

Don't bother with this location - they're completely disorganized. I've been multiple times over the last few years and each time is a increasely terrible experience. They've order my prescription wrong so I had to wait several weeks for the correct glasses. Their selection is poor - after getting my prescription last time I just ordered other glasses elsewhere online which is inconvenient but necessary because of how limited their selection is. Also, they don't have parking so you're going to end up walking a mile to get to their store front if it's a busy time and they don't honor their grace period. When I arrived within 10 minutes of my appointment (only a few minutes past the schedule time because I had to circle for parking and walk several blocks from the 2 hour parking area), management kept tacking on minutes saying I was 11 minutes past, then it was 13 minutes past etc they couldn't even get their story straight. They also had me sitting and filling out paperwork for several minutes before telling me they would no longer honor the appointment, saying it was going to push out the next appointments when they could have taken me immediately. They don't know how to treat returning customers or even their staff since it seems to have really high turn over. Their location is free advertising for Lens Crafters.

Happy with my experience. Went in for an eye exam. Check-in was quick and efficient. The Dr took plenty of time to explain everything, and they used a new photographic machine to examine my eye so no dilation drops were needed. My distant vision has deteriorated a bit with age and after I made it clear I wasn't about to jump and buy prescription glasses the Dr pointed out that +1.00 readers would actually work quite well for me. Saved me big bucks for now.
