Went in to help my partner get his eye exam. After the exam was over we went to go pay, we get glasses online through a different company because they are cheaper and more affordable for us, when I asked the woman up front to please print out the prescription for us because we do not want to purchase glasses here due to them being out of our price range, she looked at me with annoyance and disgust on her face and said “that’s not true, the glasses aren’t that expensive because we give you 60% off” even though my partner did not want to purchase glasses there because they ARE expensive and we are college students! We will not be going back to this location, due to the rudeness of staff.

Recently visited for a new prescription, 2 pairs of glasses, and some prescription sunglasses. I was prepared for a very unpleasant, expensive experience, as I've had at other optometrist visits. I'll be honest, I was suspicious because it's located in a mall, but it was the closest to my house, so I gave it a shot. Wow, I was so blown away by everything - the exam was easy, the doctor was great, the selection of frames was awesome, and the price - I seriously expected to pay $800-$900 for everything. Nope- with the discounts, they got my whole purchase down to under $500. Incredible staff, incredible store, excellent experience.

And thank you to Marsha, the manager for your great customer service! I really like my glasses I'm so glad I didn't have to go somewhere else for new ones!
