Customer services extremely horrible. The continuously push contacts on you. System is down. So I asked and reminded the lady to please call me when the system is up again so I can get things going for my glasses. It's been a couple days now. I assume the system is still down or she just doesn't care. They open at nine a m I called no one picked up for ten minutes. Didn't know it would be so busy early in the morning. They're big machine that calculates your eyeballs. Or something said I didn't have glaucoma.
I went to different eye doctors all confirm I do. So machine may be off. What annoyed me the most was one worker guy as he came in to do the first diagnostics. Not once did he look at me while talking. He looked everywhere else and spoke as if he was reading a script. I don't know who he was talking to.I didn't feel like a person. I felt like I was bothering him. At times his voice was so robotic. I didn't know what he said. Anyways, I need glasses system is down. No one has called me in days. The doctor is good though or do like her.

Based on my personal experience, customer service has gone down hill at this location. A young gentleman checked me in, took me to the machines to get a computerized prescription and later checked me out. Not sure if he is new, but the way how he spoke felt nothing but unprofessional and uncourteous. After this recent visit, I’m considering to switch to a different store for my future glasses & contacts purchases.
However, I like the doctor and I’ve had good experience at this store in the past.
Last year Adele (the store manager at the time) helped me order some contacts, even though it took 5 months for the contacts to arrive I was satisfied with how helpful and professional she was. She contacted me a few times to provide status updates and ordered trials for me while waiting for the supply.

Total scam! I have gotten glasses here in the past, always through my insurance. Staff were nice, good selection of glasses & average prices in comparison with other stores. This year I had already had an exam & purchased a new pair of glasses elsewhere. I kept receiving emails from Visionworks with a coupon for 2 pair of progressives for $99. I thought, might as well get a spare pair of regular glasses and sunglasses. Did NOT work out! First- I asked at the desk (the tech on the floor was busy) which frames would be eligible- told me to get frames with yellow or red stickers. Not very many options but I found something that would work. When I got to the tech, I was told those frames(yellow/red tags) were not an option. He proceeded to go to a drawer and come back with 5 frames. Not great but again I found something that would work. I ask about getting sunglasses- there would be an additional charge….. Then he tells me these glasses will be quite different from what I got in the past- the glasses are progressive but would have a very narrow field of corrected vision- not very helpful. To get a wider field- of course an additional charge. And of course does not include anti reflective or scratch protection- that’s an additional charge. So my reasonably priced back up glasses would have been useless or I could spend several hundred to get 1 pair! This would of course be out of pocket because insurance was already applied to the pair I purchased elsewhere. So I left, went home and unsubscribed from future emails from Visionworks. I’m done with them, will work with another company going forward- I don’t like games!
