My Husband and I had a great experience here at Visionworks. Prior to coming in I spoke to an associate who helped me set up our appointments along with the steps needed to using the registration portal which was very easy to navigate. Upon entering Visionworks the day of our appointments we were greeted by Lakeisha who then explained the step by step process in what to expect during our appointments. Both Lakeisha and the other associate working with us were extremely helpful throughout and very patient with answering all of our questions. They were both very friendly and very knowledgeable. Lakeisha even helped me choose the right look for my eye glasses when I became indecisive with trying to decide on the right ones. We did an interactive video conference with the doctors which I have never done before but was quite impressed with how efficient and innovative that experience was.
