Was very rude! I called to say I was stuck in a wreck and that I was running late. I told as long I was there by 10 minutes after appointment it would be okay. Walked in 10 minutes after and was told they couldn’t see me! I will take my service elsewhere.

The customer service at this location was super awesome. Very very pleasant. I love the atmosphere, and there is a young lady. I can’t remember her name but she was dark skin that she had on black glasses with shoulder length hair. She was very sweet she help me pick out my glasses and she got me a great deal. I just wanna give you a shout out. Thank you so much and I can’t wait to see my glasses on November 20.

Don't ever use visionworks I bought a pair of glasses in December. They came in around February. I guy bend them. I used them maybe 4 time. The last time the was getting ready to use them, the arm fell off. They should not have fell apart after using them a few time. I did have problems with them before but I never wore glass before. I didn't think nothing of it. The hind was faulty, is what I'm being told . Why would I go back to a place that wants me to pay for another pair of glasses to replace the old ones. How does this make any sense? If I'm having to replace them. I'll go to another place this way I won't get faulty or cheaply made eye wear. My friend went to them for new contacts and glasses. He had a worse nightmare with them than I did. You have to pay for everything before you get anything. He paid received his glasses, but he is still awaiting on the contacts. The doctor wouldn't release them until he seen them on his eyes. But he had to go to visionworks. The contacts were gone. They kept on insisting he picked them up. He told them, how can I have pick them up if the doctor had to see them on me. Lol he is still awaiting to get them. I will never buy anything from this company again.
