I think the doctors who work here are friends with these girls named Vanessa and Bri and charge people more money for glasses/services if the two girls dislike them. I also think they target people or maybe they just buy old glasses styles and then sell them for way more than their worth. I just assumed they were trying to sell me old glasses because of those two girls but maybe that's just their business style

Karla did a great job explaining how to take care of glasses and had a great review of the whole kit to make sure it would be understood. Also appreciate how she made sure the glasses fit
