Vanessa wins the gold trophy for customer service. She helped my daughter, who was feeling rather self conscious and nervous, get a pair of frames with both genuine care and experience that left her feeling beautiful. It was like watching an artist dote over her. And while we were there, I saw her treat everyone with the same care, dignity, respect, and expertise. In addition, everyone there was very helpful with other tips on frames, and especially the insurance questions since every insurance company seems to have their own dizzying array of what is and is not covered. What initially was a convenience has turned out to be a hidden gem. The optometrist has given me great quality and a few tips that really helped me see better.
