I have been searching for a great vision center since moving here 3 years ago. I was amazed at the kindness of the staff in the Paoli office. Rob and Debbie were extremely helpful. Rob was on point in his frame suggestions. I absolutely recommend this location for all your optical needs and look forward to seeing them every year!! Thank you for being exceptional!!!

I have been seeing Dr. McConville for a few years and it is always a positive experience! Office is clean and staff is great. I docked a star because i wish you could book an appointment online, especially for returning patients. When I called to make my most recent appointment, which was a regular annual exam, I was put on hold for quite a while for something I feel should take a few minutes. I ended up hanging up because no one ever got back to me and called a different day. Booking via an online appointment system would be much easier.

A very nice location. Easy access. The waiting area is clean and well maintained. Dr. Millhimes is so great! My prescriptions are always right on. Angie is exceptional with the fitting of frames and getting just the right lens combination. Easy appointment set up and cashing out. All done with covid-19 standards.

Highly recommended, great place to get a pair of glasses!

Dr. McConville was very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. Debbie (the woman who helps with eyeglass sales) was so accommodating, helpful, and patient with me when I made my selection. Wonderful experience overall.

Dr Millhimes is amazing. She is friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. Justin will match you with the best glasses. He is truly the best. It’s because of these two individual that I continue to visit this office. Highly recommend

They are professionals and know what they are doing. This is a huge operation, almost factory like. I found the process to get rid of my cataracts confusing, but it didn't matter, they had all the answers, effortlessly moved me from step to step, and the results are perfect.

Best place I’ve EVER been to for my eye exam and specifically for my glasses. Special shoutout to Justin in the optics department, he went absolutely above and beyond to help me get my glasses and accommodated my crazy schedule to make sure I was taken care of. I’ve never been treated so well at any optics center I’ve been to(and I’ve been to many!). He really deserves a raise and is a phenomenal part of the company and the sole reason I keep coming back. I strongly recommend Vistarr’s Paoli office for your glasses, specifically request Justin! You will be taken care of and satisfied, I guarantee it!
