I came here for my annual eye exam and ordered new eyeglasses and contact lenses. The exam with the doctor went okay, though she was late starting the exam and mentioned my age in almost every sentence. The staff that were on site when I ordered corrective lenses didn't advise me of the best use of my insurance discounts. The office didn't bother calling me when my eyeglasses arrived. I had even made sure to ask if they'd let me know as I needed them before traveling. I ordered contact lenses and the salesperson tried to upsell me with additional discounts by ordering more. I agreed to order more for the discount, but wanted them sent to my home address. It was too complicated for the salesperson to figure it out, I suppose. She rang me up and told me they would arrive in 2 weeks but I'd need to come into the office to get the rebate. A couple of weeks go by and I call and physically go into the office but they aren't able to help me saying that a manager will be in touch. I never heard from any managers and had the charge reversed on my credit card. Such a waste of time. I do not recommend using this optometry office for anything.

I just moved here all the way from Colorado and I was super worried about finding a new eye doctor that I would love. Immediately the staff made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. Dr. DeSando was wonderful and Aaron at the front was so kind and helpful. I am a student without health insurance and he helped me find the lowest rates for contacts and was able to lower my bill astronomically. I cannot even express how grateful I am to have found this place. If I could give them 100/5 stars I would!

I actually really like this place – the people are cool and professional. But seriously, don't get your contacts from here. I ordered some, had to call them after waiting for like 6-8 weeks, and still no contacts! They blamed it on 'overall' shipping delays across the board, (not true, it was whom they used) Ordered from 1-800 Contacts, and got them in 5 days. If you're up for an eye check, cool, but unless you've got 1-2 months to kill waiting for contacts, check out another place. Overall, I do like this place, though and still go, aka the stars!
