I been coming here for 21 years never been anywhere else , the Doctor has always been so great very knowledgeable and always answers all my questions. Esmeralda is great she always helps with picking out glasses and is very helpful when it comes down to pricing . She's very soft spoken and very helpful me and my family always come, back every year. And yes she always calls when it's time to pick up our glasses 🤓

We were in town for vacation and the frame for my eyeglasses shattered just a day into the vacation. We found Visual Spectrum on maps and went into the store not knowing what to expect. The staff were so warm and helpful. They helped us pick out a frame and took the lenses from the old frame and fitted the into new ones within 36 hours. Highly recommend this place for their ease of doing business, variety of frames and dependability

I absolutely love this place. My family and I have been customers for over 5 years. The Optometrist and the receptionist, Esmeralda, are amazing. Esmeralda is amazing at helping you find the glasses or contacts that you want and very patient with the whole process. Esmeralda has always called me back when prescriptions are ready and is always professional and reliable. I would give this office more stars if possible.
