The receptionist Esmeralda is awesome . I've been coming here for years for myself and my son. She is very helpful and always follows through when you have questions or concerns. She has great customer service and you can't go wrong with the prices and all the options they have for frames.

Love this place ! Dr. Is great he is knowledgeable he has a great attitude and take the time to help you highly recommended the contas and glasses they are a good price I recommend g getting your eyes checked here as well because the Dr. Takes his time to help you find the correct prescription. This place is very clean and sanitary.

The receptionist, Esmeralda, she's passive aggressive. Says she's going to call you back and never does. She probably got life issues or something.

Cheap before now I rather go elsewhere.

Esmeralda is amazing at helping you find the glasses or contacts that you want and very patient with the whole process. Esmeralda has always called me back when prescriptions are ready and is always professional and reliable. I would give this office more stars if possible.

The receptionist never calls to tell you your glasses are ready. Like hello, I really need my glasses to see. Plus she's passive aggressive. Never coming back here even though I bought 3 glasses from them

I've been going here for over 10 years. I've always had great service, however the last couple of year's I've had bad customer service & Esmeralda/Receptionist Assistant never returns phone calls or follows up on future appts.

We were in town for vacation and the frame for my eyeglasses shattered just a day into the vacation. We found Visual Spectrum on maps and went into the store not knowing what to expect. The staff were so warm and helpful. They helped us pick out a frame and took the lenses from the old frame and fitted the into new ones within 36 hours. Highly recommend this place for their ease of doing business, variety of frames and dependability

Bad service. Ignore the customer and high cost.
