Dr. Judy Cao is amazing at what she does . She was so patient and helpful with my daughter. Today was my daughters first eye exam and she made her felt so comfortable that my daughter said the exam was so fun. Prizes at the end for your little ones which made it extra fun. Dr. Cao is so sweet and took her time to explain the exam . The staff were also friendly and helpful . I picked up a few sun glasses, lenses and contact lenses a while back. They also helped me adjust my glasses and were so patient with whatever I needed help with . I love that they have a wide selection of frames here to choose from. Overall I had a great experience here. Will be going here now for my eye exam and glasses . Friendly doctor and staff. Great customer service!

Don't you hate when you feel like doctors rush or make you feel like they aren't listening or just part of a corporate culture of pushing patients in and out? Look no further. Vizen is the place for you! Vizen is a family owned business that cares about their patients. Dr Cao is the best at providing a good patient experience at her clinic. She takes the time and care to answer all her patient questions and concerns. Her and her staff are amazing at helping with appointments, glasses, and contacts. I've been here since it opened. Steve is very knowledgeable and helpful with breaking down costs of ordering glasses or contacts along with working with your insurance. I've been here for vision therapy, annual eye exams, and dry eye therapy. My previous doctors never caught something that could've been corrected at a younger age until I had an exam with Dr. Cao and went to vision therapy to help resolve it. Recently, I went to try dry eye therapy since I've been a contacts wearer for over 10 years. It was a good experience and definitely helped with my dry eyes after the first session. I went for a total of 3 sessions and it helped reduce my dry eye symptoms by a lot. Overall, I highly recommend coming to Vizen for your eye care needs. You will be well taken care of here!

My father and I came in for an eye exam. Dr. Judy Cao and team were absolutely wonderful! She is super nice and friendly and very patient while being such a professional. Dr. Cao was able to communicate with my father in Vietnamese, so that was very helpful. I would definitely recommend and have done so to family and friends and all!
