Full-time employees make $15,000 to $21,500 annually? Shame on you. That is below the poverty level. Do better for your staff please, they will do better for you. After reading the reviews, definitely believe this is a big reason.

Rudest Customer Service which is also completely incapable. They have no idea as to what they are saying and they keep making the customer referring the benefit details on the website which is actually incomplete. On stating this and asking questions they just kept transferring me from 1 incapable to another.
