When you put on a white coat, you must be a kind and polite person. From your manner of speaking to your communication with patients, especially the elderly who come here and don't speak English, you're not a street vendor (like in Vietnam) struggling, competing, and without any other job. I'm talking about the girl in the white coat sitting in the office. Please throw her in the trash because from her face to her manner of speaking, she doesn't deserve it. Her work is inconsistent, sometimes like this, sometimes like that.

My grandmother had to wait for over 3 hours and was so hungry she had to leave. My grandmother said the doctor even said that if anyone complained about the long wait, they would close the clinic and send them home. Bad service.

you have to wait at least an hour even with an appointment. dont worry about coming early

The staff's attitude when talking to customers is not very good (strained voice). They need to be trained and educated.

The attitude during interaction and the quality of treatment deserve negative marks.
