Called a month ago to make an appointment, get there, no appointment and they don't accept either of the TWO PPO insurances we have. Want you to pay out of pocket for a basic eye exam. Complete fiasco. Totally different experience from prior to when the practice was sold and moved

Dr Li and his staff are all wonderful to deal with. Got a thorough exam and had my mind put to ease with some vision issues. Got my glasses made at their Bellevue Eye Specialist clinic, they have a great selection of glasses and staff is wonderful to work with as well. Definitely will be returning to both locations.

Dr. Li and his staff are very attentive.
I feel that I get quality eye exams from Dr. Li and the medical technicians.
I will definitely be back for my yearly exam.
