Purchased a pair of glasses and frames from them. Within 3 months the lenses were scratched. I brought the glasses in for a warranty replacement and some slight frame straightening. The gentleman who assisted me, broke the screw off the left temple, thus deeply scratching the left lens even more. He placed the order and never provided me with a receipt for the remake of the glasses. At the same time I ordered some sunglass lenses and I also did not get a receipt for that order as well. Fast forward 45 days later and the manager informed me that my remake of the glasses and the sunglass lens were dispensed already to someone, that was not me!!! I did not pick them up nor pay for the sunglass lenses. Now the store can not find either order at all (product nor proof of order nor proof of pick up/dispense) So, now I have to wait until he reorders the items I’ve already ordered! I am stuck with distortion in vision due to a broken frame caused by the Walmart Vision Store’s employee. To add insult to injury, while on the phone with the vision center manager, he tried to make a “no receipt”, “under the table” and “no record” side deal to get my glasses replaced as he removed all of the frames from inventory. When I pressed the manager for a receipt of the transaction, he refused to print one or email me one.
