I had an outstanding experience today at the vision center in Walmart on 288 and Broadway. Marina Montoya was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I was completely satisfied. She took the time to walk me through all of my benefits and explained each one thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and she made sure all of my questions were answered before I left. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication to excellent customer service truly stood out. I walked away feeling informed, valued, and very pleased with the experience. Thank you for going above and beyond—I truly appreciate your exceptional service! Everyone in the vision center was helpful. Excellent customer service!

I went in this past Sunday to get my son Glasses replaced and Miss Teresa helped me she did an amazing job. I just want to make sure that she is Recognized.

Dr. Christopher Nguyen A+ but the fact that I paid out of pocket $150 and did not get a PD number because they are trying to push people to purchase glasses next door is ridiculous. I called next door and they informed me that I'll have to pay $15 to be measured in order to receive my PD number. That's quite alright I'll measure myself for free. Maybe inform the customer upfront that the PD number is not included and is an extra cost so they can decide if they want to continue the process since they are spending their hard earned money. Not receiving pertinent information ruined an otherwise good experience and will not make me a repeat customer.

Teresa Salazar at Walmart Vision Center is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. She was patient, knowledgeable, and truly cared about helping me. Customer service like this is rare—highly recommend asking for Teresa!

I had a really positive experience at the Vision Center in Walmart. One of the associates, Ms. Tifinity, was especially helpful and made the visit even better. She was friendly, patient, and very professional. She took the time to answer my questions and helped my kids feel comfortable throughout the process. The selection of frames was great, with options for different styles and budgets. Ms. Tifinity also helped me choose frames that looked good on my kids without being pushy, which I really appreciated. The service was quick and efficient, and my glasses were ready sooner than I expected. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this Vision Center especially if you get help from Ms. Tifinity!

They have excellent customer service here. I just needed the arm of my glasses screwed back on and Tifinity fixed it easily and quickly.

The lady with red hair was really nice and polite when I first came in and was very helpful and friendly, I would definitely come back whenever I need my glasses fixed again.

She was knowledgeable, courteous offered promotions which helped my daughter get two frames instead of 1 and helped me get some information on my vision insurance that I was looking for. Love it here! I never have to spend hours waiting for the exam and Mariamma helped me. I loved how she helped me and my son pick out nice frames within range of what's covered by insurance. Great customer service. I highly recommend!
