Trina and her team really went above and beyond (Jan - Mar 2023). I ordered glasses from them in early January ... but soon learned that there were major issues with my optometrist (a third party) giving me the most incompetent prescription diagnosis. As a result, there were MANY back-and-froth orders of frames and lenses (it took nearly 3 months before I finally received frames with the correct prescription!) But the team here were very understanding. They communicated well and they made sure that, despite the back and forth, I wouldn't have to pay an extra dime (having it fall under Walmart's awesome 60-day warranty). They did an excellent job and kept their cool. None of the issues were their fault, but they had to take the brunt of the footwork.
