The entire team has been amazing. They help me from A-Z. Even when pending the RX the entire team helped me contact the other store to help quicken the process. Tom managed to call me each step of the way to make sure I was notified, Karina was very helpful talking with the other store and Leza was very professional and polite with fulfilling my order. It was great team work from everyone. Very rear to see now a days.

First off the customer service here is great and the staff always show sympathy especially when my glasses break. Another thing I like is how clean the place is, considering it's inside with the amount of foot traffic there is. Prices are great with or without insurance and I'd say better than LensCrafters for sure. I recommend this to anyone who wants good service and a good environment to be around.
