I did like this place for years...but today I was turned away and told me I was out of network...I called vsp..there on the list...The doctor is very nice..but her receptionist with one eye need to get fired for her rudeness..She made me feel so less then a person..Sad to say after all these years..I have to find a new doctor now cause of rudeness...

Ricky and his team are amazing. I went somewhere else because it was closer and it was a painful process. Ricky and his team are fast and efficient. It takes me 30 minutes to go there and I pass all the Greensboro Walmarts and all the opticians in town to get there but I know he's not going to bs me and he takes care of me. I've been going there since I worked there in 2015 and it's been 5 years since I worked at Walmart and I still go there. Highly recommend

I was extremely disappointed with my visit to the Walmart Vision Center. As soon as I entered, an associate(black female) blue scrubs, I wasn't able to get her name, rudely asked, "Can I help you with something?" I told her I was looking for Meta frames, and she just pointed and said, "They’re over there." After wandering, she finally came over, but when I asked about differences between the frames or how prescriptions might affect them, she just said, "These are the big ones, these are the small ones." I also realized I forgot my paper prescription and asked if I could provide a photo of my prescription. She told me they required the physical copy, but when I called 2 different Walmart stores, they said a photo would be fine. Overall, I felt unwelcome, dismissed, and received terrible customer service. Lastly, I asked her what time they closed which I had already check the website and it said 7pm. She told me they close as 6pm. The time was 530 and I come from near the Elmsley Walmart, so going back home and returning would not have been feasible. I eventually made it home and got the physical copy and contacted S Main in High Point. The staff at S Main stated all Walmart Vision centers close at 7pm and if i had only had a photo copy, they would have gladly accepted it. S Main street staff was very cordial and patient and took great care of me. This experience at Pyramid Village was very frustrating, and I hope management addresses both the attitude and the inconsistent information.

I had an amazing experience with Parisa and Tinisha! They took such great care of me, got me in and out quickly, and I’m now seeing so much clearer. Their professionalism and friendliness made the whole visit super easy and stress-free. If you’re planning to go to any Walmart Eye Care, make sure you go here, you will not be disappointed! Highly recommend!
