My experience today was amazing Dr. Asch was knowledgeable and sturn with me. I loved it. What bothered me is i expected my appointment to be different due to the false reviews made. Never judge by all reviews until you have tried yourself. Great job walmart vision center

So I'm guessing the Doctor we are all talking about is Jill Asch. This woman is a complete nightmare and shouldn't be in customer service. I mean, for goodness sake, she yelled at me for not being able to read the letters on the screen... I mean that is the point of an eye exam! I literally had to get up and walk out of the store. Based on the other comments, looks like this is a systemic issue with Jill. Not reflecting well for Walmart that this person is still employed. Hope all of you called 1800 Walmart and filed an official complaint.

I had a 6:00 PM appointment and I arrived 15 min early, figured I had to fill out forms. While sitting there filling out the forms a walk-in customer comes in. The greeter brings her back and hands her the same forms. The Optometrist asks the greeter is she screening the customers before sending them to her. The greeter then asks the walk-in customer to come and go with her, the walk -in customer clearly states that she, referring to me was here first. The greeter looks at me and still instructs the walk-in customer to follow her and proceeds to take the walk-in client to a back area. I advise the Optometrist that I am her 6:00 PM appointment, the Optometrist advises the greeter that I am the customer with the appointment. The greeter then states that she, meaning me was still filling out her paperwork. Now mind you the greeter never asked me if I had completed the paperwork she just assumed that I wasn't finished. If the greeter would have asked I was actually finished but was just reviewing the paperwork. I politely got up, took my paperwork and proceeded to leave. I advised another greeter to tell them thank you but no thank you and left. I left because one I was the customer with the appointment, and two even if I wasn't finished filling out the forms, the walk-in customer hadn't even begin to fill out her forms which means I had more of my form filled out then the walk-in customer did and how you going to take a walk-in customer before you take the customer who actually took the time to make an appointment and was on time and three I so hate disorganization. I've taken my vision benefits and my dollars to another vision provider.
