Cathy and Patty were so sweet! I went with my daughter and her broken glasses, purchased online. Asked if they could find a frame for her lenses and they has a pair of arms that fit on her sides! Rebuilding engineering! Lol! Thank you so much for being so sweet and making a positive customer service experience! I love this shop! They're always helpful!

Great experience!! Marty is one of the kindest, most patient people! He listened, gave me the time I needed to select my frames, helped me find the most cost-effective choice with my insurance, and waited 20+ minutes while we tried to figure out our HSA card. (We even called had to call our bank! 😅) He made us feel comfortable and cared about. Will definitely be going back! Highly recommend!

Really great staff! Very helpful and very kind people working there. My 2 year old had to get glasses and they were so patient with her and even gave her a goodie bag. I wish I caught her name but the Hispanic girl with the really long dark hair was super sweet and my daughter loved her experience with her and even gave her a hug before we left.
