Valerie was pleasant until she decided to discuss how poor/ bad my daughter’s vision was out loud. Meanwhile, my 4 year old overheard her and felt very embarrassed and so do I. I’ve used this center before in the past and always had the best interacts with Ms Shirley. However, this experience was very degrading and made me feel helpless about my daughter’s vision and insecurities of wearing glasses for the 1st time. Clearly I am here to purchase glasses for vision corrections. It was very unprofessional. A small conversation 1 on 1 would have been better. Overall the service is great!

Absolutely love Loren! She is sweet, kind, helpful and thorough. She’s been helping both my husband and I for years with our glasses. This shop is the best! Great prices with fashionable stylish frames. We always find the perfect ones here. Have a problem with your frames or lenses…no problem…they will get it worked out. Tip! Buy the $20 warranty. I got my glasses, but I felt like the reading vision line was too high. Loren knew EXACTLY what to do! She adjusted my glasses and they are PERFECT now! This gal knows her stuff! She knew exactly what I was talking about, and had me try them on several times to make sure my glasses were working great! This girl and all the gals at this store need a raise, a bonus and a pat on the back! You have some treasures in these employees!! Thanks Loren and girls! You make it so much easier on the customer and it's so refreshing to see sweet, smiling faces and such great customer service!! Bravo!
