Worst place ever! Don't waste your time. They will laugh at you in your face for not knowing English

This place is amazing! I’ve been to different optometrist’s offices and this one far exceeded my expectations. Walking in, staff was friendly, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed during my exam or when I was selecting my frames. After I placed my order Nina followed up with the status of my glasses, and when I got them she made sure they were perfect. THANK YOU NINA you are absolutely the best! 100% recommend!

I bought a pair of glasses couple months ago.... after asleep on them many times I went back and to the store for a realignment. Gaby helped me out and she was able to correct my frames... the entire staff was very nice and helpful especially Gaby. I'll definitely be going back for a new pair and have Gaby help me out again.

Brought my kids here a few years ago and myself ever since. Good service. Sometimes a delay but that goes with any services. Things happen. I can't complain about this Vison Center. Good job guys!!!

My Daughter and I had a great experience for both eye exam and glasses purchase. Gabby and Nina are awesome! They were both very sweet, and very helpful. It's not often you find great Customer services like that. We were very happy with our experience.

I went to this vision center to get my glasses adjusted on my work pair because they were all bent an associate named Jocelyn helped me out. She was very friendly and helpful. She said she would do her best to straighten them out. She somehow managed to fix them. She made me feel very welcome and said whenever I was shopping to feel free and stop by anytime for adjustment. She went above and beyond she even cleaned them for me. She informed me of proper cleaning methods and I even bought a cleaning spray and cloth. Ask for Jocelyn :)

So why call & schedule people knowing what insurance they have & schedule just for the day to come & tell them “oh we don’t accept that insurance” like what ??!?? Talk about unprofessional who’s running this place ???

Since they were taken over last month this vision center is the worst STAY OUT OF THIS PARTICULAR VISION CENTER what ever or who ever employees did great before this take over an obvious management problem or lack of note was forced to give one star and that’s a half a star to much and yes put on hold a half hour a bit much

Nina's effort made the visit a pleasant one. Her attention to detail made me certain that she was a good listener that genuinely wants to provide a great service. I Highly recommend their vision center.

Great place to get glasses they have prices to fit anyone from kids to older adults they have a great selection and the staff is always willing to help

Alannah at the Walmart Vision Center in Azusa CA. Was not only the best person I've ever met at Walmart but was very professional and knowledgeable in everyway possible and I would recommend her for upper management and given a huge raise in pay. I recommend everyone to come here for all thier eye care needs the staff here is the best 👌

This place is great! The took me in as a walk-in and I got seen right away! The doctor is very friendly and thorough. The ladies in the optical are very nice and helped me get the best deal! The selection isn’t too big but the glasses are really cute. Will be coming back!

Nina and Jocelyn are awesome they are so helpful every time I take my blind self to have anything done with my eyes or glasses recommend if you have any issues with glasses and or contacts come see them

Worst DR EVER!!!!!!! I took my 15 year old daughter to get an eye exam. The Dr finished the exam and never did he explain what was wrong with my daughters eyes. Extremely unprofessional. Please don’t waist ur time or money with this SO CALLED DR

I was looking for a new place to get my glasses I had previously gotten my glasses at another Walmart but they unfortunately didn't take my insurance. When I walked in I was greated with a friendly welcome from a young lady named Jocelyn. She quickly looked up my insurance and was able to get me in to see the doctor that same day. After my appointment. She helped me pick out the perfect frames for me and made sure I felt comfortable in them. She was very knowledgeable. She explained stuff that other opticals never took the time to explain to me before. Such a nice experience at this optical. My glasses arrived pretty fast. Unfortunately when I went to pick up my glasses Jocelyn was on lunch but a young lady named Nina dispensed my glasses to me. Another great young lady she was very nice and made sure that my glasses fit were perfect. They were a little lose so she adjusted them for me. Overall great experience would recommend this place and these great young ladies.

They told me to show up early for my 9: 00am appointment when they don't open before 9:00.

Bad customer service..very disappointing..I was looking for a solution,of my dissatisfied, but the employee just started arguing with me...

This vision center was great speedy, they took care of me. I was greeted within 20 secs of getting there even though they were busy took me in on my appt got my through the process of exam and showed me frames and went through the lenses with me as well but this really impressed me I didn't even realize the insurance I had was accepted here and I figure I would be paying for exam and all out of pocket but I only had a co payment that was fantastic thanks to OLIVIA who was the manager she was awesome I will defiantely be back for my next exam

3 times we waited an hour past our appointment time and had to cancel. The receptionist girl is very rude and unprofessional

I recently came in to Walmart for some glasses and for an eye exam. Jessica was very helpful in describing the price of the exam and what specifically you are going to get when you take the exam. After the exam, Jessica took me next door to help me choose which glasses fit for me. Throughout the whole interaction, Jessica was very helpful, kind, and professional. There were so many glasses to choose from, but with Jessica’s help and expertise, I was able to narrow it down to the perfect pair! If you are coming to Walmart for vision care, definitely ask for Jessica!

The service is really amazing! No complications at all, got my glasses fast and easily. They were able to fit me in for a exam in quick and easy. Wonderful place.

Went two times in like a week both times they were helpful, second time Jocelyn went above and beyond fixing my glasses for me. She even helped me pick pairs that would fit my big head when other spots just said “oh somewhere over there” she showed me all the ones that would be good for me. Definitely will be coming back to get a new pair.

I like this place so far. Employees are very friendly and service moves at a good pace. I can’t complain about anything. The doctor is wonderful and very thorough about what’s going on with my eyes. I’ve been coming her for the last 2 years to get my glasses and contacts and will continue to do so.
