In the past I have had outstanding service at this location by both the optician’s office and the optical side. I had been coming here for probably the last 7 years. Karla and Will were both super knowledgeable and helpful and seemed to remember me each year. I’d always place my contact order each year after my eye exam and my contacts always came quicker than expected.
As of today I will no longer be returning. I called at the beginning of October 2023 to refill my contact prescription. I spoke with David. It took him awhile to find my account and place my order. He almost ordered the wrong brand several times and had to keep putting me on hold. Okay, that’s fine. He might be new. I had to correct him several times to ensure he ordered the correct type of contacts and he even got the cost incorrect until half way through. Whatever, order was placed, he said 7-12 business days which is longer than most times I’m used to but okay that’s fine. I waited patiently checking every day. 10 business days and still no order. I called them and again David took my request. I asked for him to check my order and mentioned my name and that when I called he told me 12 business days and it’s been 10. He placed me on hold soo many times I was left on hold for 10 minutes and ultimately had to call back. He told me my contacts were on back order and that I needed to wait 10 BUSINESS days, not just 10 days. I reminded him that it had been 10 business days and he initially told me 12 business days but that would be fine I’ll give it two more days. David failed to tell me the contacts were on back order when I made my initial call in the first place. It’s now business day 15 and I call back. Karla answered and when I gave them my name was transferred to David. Great. I informed David I had still not received my order and he remembered me from the previous week. He was surprised I still had not received my order and admitted last time I called the order said “error” when he checked. So he checked again, he informed me that my order said “delivered” when I asked him the delivery date he informed me 8/7/2023. As of now, I’m clearly annoyed and frustrated. I told him that must have been my last order as it is November now and I placed my order in October. I had been checking every day anticipating these contacts and fumbling with my glasses for what feels like a month. I don’t understand why this employee could have not informed me that there was an issue with my order a week ago and failed to thoroughly check and just tell me to wait it out. I told him I would check my bank statement to verify the transaction and call back. The transaction dropped off my account statement. I should have noticed too but again when I called a week ago they told me all is well and keep on waiting. In all David seems completely incompetent and I sincerely don’t want to work/deal with them again because of this experience. I’ll just be ordering online from now on where I can clearly track and get updates on my own orders. I have had important events that I truly needed my new contacts for and I’m left waiting even longer now.

Great customer service experience so far. I was helped by the gentleman Will, who was pleasant and patient with me. He helped me find the perfect glasses. Highly recommend this location. I’ve been to the one on Carson Street in Lakewood and had a terrible customer service experience, I’ve never walked out of a store so fast before, so I drove all the way to the Westminster location instead, and let me just say, that drive was worth it by far. I will be taking all my service to this store from now on.

I took my grandmother here to buy glasses, and Karla the girl who helped us was so nice and professional. We bonded over having matching last names, and, here I sat with her talking about where we were from. Not only did she provide the best customer service to my grandma but she treated us both very nice. My grandma and I both appreciate her taking her time to not only help us with our glasses order, but to talk to us too. We came to find out that she was actually the new manager at that store, and we can see why. If your're looking for a vision center this is it.
