I ordered my glasses 2/24/2019 it is 3/11/2019 and I still do not have my glasses even though my estimated arrival was 3/5/2019. I have called various times and the gentleman just tells me call back in two days or keep calling back and does not explain what is happening. Upon speaking to manager 3/11/2019 she explains the people doing my lenses messed up three times and that is why there has been a delay. Ridiculous. The eye doctor was amazing, however the professionalism of the team is lacking. Not necessarily ideal when you need your glasses quickly.

Unprofessional. i’ve never seen a place with such horrible customer service. Do not call to make an appointment because they hang up the phone if they do not understand you.They don't try to help you.

Dr.Lucy is the best and the employees that work in the vision center are 10/10! i recommend this vision center!!
