One of the ladies in the vision center destroyed my lenses, handed it back to me with visible cracks, and then tried blaming me for not saying they’re hi-index. I’ve had adjustments at multiple from multiple walmarts. Not one ever asked me that, and not one ever destroyed my lenses like this lady did. I’ve had glasses since I was 6. She kept trying to push off the blame me, didn’t even apologize ONCE for HER DESTROYING my lenses, and had the damn nerve to ask about keeping my glasses there while I’m supposed to wait until the 19th to get the replacement lenses in?!? She literally input my prescription for the replacements. You can damn well tell I need these to see. She even tried to say the walmart in heights have my records… Not ONE associate there EVER looked up my records for an adjustment. Beyond unprofessional. The manager I spoke to was more apologetic than the lady that DESTROYED my lenses. Not one ounce of accountability or compassion. You’re better off going somewhere else or beating your lenses on rocks.
