I would give Dr. Box a 5 star rating. He is an very informative & thorough-optometrist. But purchasing my eyewear from Walmart was an expensive mistake. I bought the top of the line lenses that claim to have great peripheral vision. When I got my glasses I had horrible peripheral vision so bad it would be better without the glasses. I was told they could remake the lenses & an associate suggested maybe it was the size of my frames and that I should pick out a larger frame. As I was trying on different frames the manager asked why I was doing this and I tried to explain the problem. She then told me that I could not change frames, It was only the lenses that could be remade. The Walmart associate I was dealing with seemed to coward towards the manager and just shrugged her shoulders. I went ahead & ordered a new set of lenses only to find I still couldn’t see well out of them. Their return guarantee begins from when you order the glasses not from when you pick them up so they would not give me a refund. I thought the eye associate’s there were very friendly & tried to be helpful but the manager is the complete opposite. I would stay clear of getting glasses from this Walmart mainly because of the manager. I now have a pair of readers that cost me $500. 😔

We arrived an hour before closing to pick out frames for my daughter who I already had lens rx for. The staff was very friendly. Didn’t seem disturbed by having us there so close to closing time. We looked at a wide variety of frames and she found the perfect pair. So affordable. Total for frames and labor was 65 bucks! Thanks wm vision.

We really like Dr. Box. Here was fantastic with out 6 and 3 yr old girls. The staff are generally nice but not really highly responsive. There have been some minor issues with our insurance/billing that took awhile to correct. Also, like with any vision center, its been much cheaper to get our glasses online. But Dr. Box is really worth it!
