DO NOT GO HERE. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Tuesday 7/25/2023 6pm, Sandy claims she is the manager but she shouldn't even be employed here with the way she speaks and treats customers. Tried to order my girlfriends contacts over the phone and they required payment at order not on pickup so had to go in to pay with cash. Total was $117.00 and gave the lady two $100.00 bills and was told they couldn't break it and I would have to go into the store to purchase something to get smaller bills. Told her if they are going to charge more than a hundred dollars they should be able to give change for a hundred dollars and Sandy responded with "I just work here." I told her I'd pay $100 cash and the rest on a card and she started to turn towards the computer and continued making snarky comments and being upset that I tried to pay using two hundreds. When telling her then she shouldn't get an attitude she told me that I could leave and she wouldn't let us order the contacts at all. Requested a managers name and was told she was the manager which is funny because I thought she just worked there? Requested a copy of the prescription so we can get them filled elsewhere and she couldn't provide it. Girlfriend stated this lady has been rude to her every single time she has had to deal with her and I believe it. I would be ashamed to know Sandy is representing my company in the way she did this evening.

Purchased my Rx exams and glasses here for last 10 years. Went this week for exam and eye glasses. They quoted me $450 for my glasses even with VSP insurance. The frames I picked were only $10 too. Said no thank you and went to Costco instead. I picked more expensive frames and got all the add-ons as in Walmart's quote but Costco only charged me $130 TOTAL!! $320 difference! I'll be going to Costco from now on. Sorry Walmart.

Consistently outstanding service! One example: my glasses broke, and I arrived after closing. An employee saw me through the locked screen, asked if I needed help, brought me back despite the fact that they were closed for the day, and had replaced my glasses (under warranty) within 10 minutes. These people are outstanding and always go above and beyond.
