Josh goes above & beyond for his customers using the vision center. His knowledge & customer service is better than anywhere else. He has answered not only all of our questions but questions my Dr. had me asked, Because of Josh we will continue to buy our glasses here.

Last year I took my son in to get some glasses. When it was time to check out we ran into a problem with what my “allowance” was and what Walmart was willing to give me credit for. I ended up paying for the glasses out of pocket. The manager was super helpful! He called the insurance company with me then he called whomever oversees the billing of the vision center then he went on to call another support service they have . He tried every Avenue possible to him to resolve this issue. Well, almost a year later I want you to know I received a check from Walmart Vision for the cost I paid out of pocket!!! I was thrilled now I can go get my glasses too!! Also I came in because my son broke his glasses week one. The manager switched them out with floor sample so he would not have to go without for BTS!!! Fantastic Manager( sorry I don’t remember you name but the guy😊 THANK YOU
