I got new glasses two weeks ago and thought I ruined the frame after accidentally sitting on them last night. I was shopping at Walmart and took them to Vision Center. Mary is amazing, she fixed my bent frames and fit the lenses back in place and made it look new! Good service 5-star. Thank you!!

No greeting at entry. There was an iPad on top of some of the glasses I was trying to look at, after trying to get the African American gal with Afro's attention I gave the iPad to guy with red hair and said it was left there and I couldn't see the glasses. Then after looking at several pairs without saying anything the woman approaches and leaves a box next to me. I let her know I wasn't buying anything and she just said those are for those you try on so we can sanitize after. I don't read minds. Perhaps she might have been kind enough to state so before assuming I knew why she was leaving it there. The whole interaction was off putting. I didn't even know all the pairs I had tried by then. I just left them on the counter and left. Her lack of customer service was enough for me not to return. I've always bought from Walmart vision but won't be buying from this store after that experience. It takes two seconds to be kind, greet and properly explain things. Even if they are busy or doing inventory, a quick pause can make a lasting impression. She was less than stellar on today's visit. I hope she will be more considerate of others next time.

These guys are professionals. After years with them, I tried America's Best and had a horrible experience, after the third try with their competitors, I'm back where I belong at Walmart. The Walmart staff took their time with my frame choices, prescription specifications, and even caught an error that my ophthalmologist made on my revised prescription. This walmart vision staff is exceptional and I'd recommend them to anyone needing glasses. Kudos for a great service and I won't ever look to another provider.
