BE QUIET!! The person who works there told me to "BE QUIET and [SHE] KNOWS WHAT SHE IS DOING" every time I tried to explain my concerns. My son does not have wearable glasses (please look at the pictures of the over size screw protruding out after the warranty repair! Why do you allow this kind of unprofessional repairs/attitude at your store?
