First experience was great, but when I was called to come have my son's new lenses come in anytime we will pop them in. Sounds great right. No, I cam in at 11:40 the eye glass people told me the Dr was with a patient and to sit down. Well when he finally came out alone he told me sorry I'm going on break now. I'll be back in 30 mins. If the eye glass staff would have just checked I wouldn't be sitting here for another 30 min. Bad customer service. The lady with the colored hair green/blu totally brushed me off so she can hang out with the other employees. All she had to do was check, knock on a door. If it is that much of an issue you should have us make appointments to do this. So unhappy.

Daniel was a customer service ROCKSTAR! He balanced working with an extremely difficult customer & us at the same time all while flying solo in the optical department. We certainly appreciated his extra patience with us when we swapped using our insurance for contacts rather than glasses after he’d already put all the information in. We’ve always had exceptional service & will continue to return in the future.

Super friendly and helpful staff. I recently purchased a new pair of prescription glasses; my last pair was purchased here as well. They have a nice selection of frames at various price points. I'm really enjoying my new glasses!
