The lady that serve me ,I'll give her 4 stars, but overall score is 2 to 3 stars. Expensive like any vision center!! I thought they're affiliated w Walmart n thinking will be comparable w Costco but NO! On top of that they left me 2 mssgs that I can pick up my eyeglasses under another name.....Carmen your eyeglasses is ready for pick up.......what's up w that!! Dissappointed next time I'll go to Costco. 🥶 I shd hav read reviews first . There won't be a next time 100%!!!

Today I had the most spectacular service EVER!! Tristan, the GM, WAS THE MOST AMAZING INDIVIDUAL! HE WAS NICE POLITE FRIENDLY A GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR, MADE ME FEEL AT HOME CLAUDIA AND ITZEL WERE JUST MARVELOUS TOO!

I had to order some glasses and decided to swing by this location! Tristan was able to help me get the perfect frames and glass I wanted. He showed me numerous options (ranging from different price points). I decided to go to with the premium pair with had Uv protection as well. Excellent customer service. Thank you to the entire team for making it such a seamless experience!
