Not only did they provide new screws for my glasses and get them back into the frames but they also cleaned the lenses and the nose pads all for free!! 10/10 service and Elissa was super nice!

The whole experience of purchasing eyeglasses at college station Walmart vision center was a great experience from the helpful staff, very knowledgeable, Even when I had to return a pair of the glasses that I had purchased they were kind and courteous they help me refile my claim with the insurance. I would highly recommend if you need glasses to experience wonderful customer service.

When you go to Walmart store #01150, 1815 Brothers Blvd, College Station, ask for Tonya Roberts. I had a little friction with her when I ordered my glasses, ( My ornary old self is to blame.), but she kept a smile on her face. Go forward to today, when I picked up my glasses. Tonya was all smiles and made me feel welcome. She was a delight to do business with. As long as I need glasses, I will buy them from Walmart through Tonya. I had a wonderful experience with Mayra on July 9th 2025. She helped and walked me through all the steps of picking out my glasses. She even helped me stay in my price range. They have grey trays that you can use to put the glasses you like in I came up with a total of five pair of glasses I liked. After that we went to look at all 5 pair together and narrowed down to two pairs of glasses. It was tough between two pairs. So we finally came up with a tiebreaker and I got the pair that looked right for me. All and all it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend using Mayra to help you with prescription glasses. She is a very sweet lady.
