My family and I have been going to Walmart Vision for the past 7 years. After our visit this week I will definitely be rethinking returning. I was unclear of the charges told to me in March and I returned a few days ago to make a purchase. The lady that originally assisted us was knowledgeable and explained in detail. The now have a new young lady worker there and she was unprofessional and bad attitude. There was no need for that at all. You are here to do a job! I hope her attitude changes!

Asked to get my PD measured, told the tech that I'd pay for it. He was a tool about it because I was going to buy glasses online. Told me that he would not do it. A true professuonal would have taken the oppourtunity to sell me on their shop or price or selection or tell my why buying glasses online is a bad idea. Instead he solidified my resolve to never return. Mad at online glasses undercutting you? Overpriced frames created that oppourtunity, don't be mad at me, be mad at optometrists that came before you.

I give the doctor and his staff 5 stars. They were awesome. Friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place.
