They gave me the wrong RX for my glasses. I had to pay another Dr. to give me another eye exam

Terrible experience. Incompetent staff on April 1, a Saturday morning. They couldn't process my standard insurance without making multiple phone calls to someone at a different location. I had to finally walk out and getting delayed for so long and being told contradictory information. For example, for prescription sunglasses I was asked if I wanted polarized or standard. I said polarized but only if it was fully covered by insurance. She told me it was. 15 minutes later she tells me the out of pocket total which was significantly more than the $30 out of pocket I was expecting. I asked why and she explained it was the extra cost for the polarized lenses. When I pointed out that she had assured me it was no extra cost, she just sort of shrugged and said, "well that's the cost". I then said, "Okay please change it back to standard lenses then" and she tried to convince me to stick with the polarized and said, "Oh I wouldn't recommend the standard lenses because sometimes we get it back from the lab and the color can be different between the two lenses so I would recommend you stick with polarized". I am 100% certain this was nonsense and she was so inept she couldn't figure out how to change my order in the computer, so she was trying to make it easier on herself by convincing me to pay more for polarized. At that point I told her that this was a terrible experience and walked out. Will never go to Walmart for eyeglasses again, lesson learned!
