The staff at this Walmart optical center were super kind, patient, and helpful. My husband fell and broke his glasses, he is also disabled. These were the second pair he broke and we didn't have a back up pair. We ordered duplicate frames online but I couldn't get the old lenses into the new frames. I brought them to the optical center and the manager and her assistant worked into their lunch hour to help me. They had to grind the old lenses slightly but got the lenses in. Now my husband has glasses again, thank you so much!

I have had a couple of eye exams from Dr KIm and helped with glasses by the manager (I think his name is Rich, gentleman with long hair) and both times it have been a great experience. They always get my stuff in on a timely manner too. I appreciate the service these fine people provide and I hope walmart takes good care of them.

Ordered replacement lenses for my 3yr old son on 12/12 with Rick. Hadn't heard back so called on 12/26, an associate said they hadn't received a shipment as of late due to the holidays, said they should be getting one in the coming days. Son broke his frames yesterday and I hadn't heard back on the replacement lenses so called again on 01/11, Rick said the lenses order was cancelled at the lab and no reason was given. They said they were putting in another order for frames and lenses, and putting a rush on it. They said they would call me back with an update. Hadn't heard back from Rick so I called again today, 01/12. An associate said there was no order submitted on 01/11 and no pending orders for us. They are going to call their manager, Rick, to determine what he'd like to do. Fingers crossed but not holding my breath. I do not recommend this business.
