Please do not waste time going here for vision needs. The person taking care of customers didn’t mention that my insurance doesn’t cover them . When I went they made me wait 45 mins because of insurance issue. Later I when I went to collect my contacts , they said my insurance didn’t approve when I came to pick up after they called me that it was ready. Now I have issues with my insurance because they processed my insurance saying that I collected the contacts when it is not true. I m stuck with no contacts or eyeglasses now. UNPROFESSIONAL manager and staff.

I have been visiting Walmart visions centers for years for contacts. I took my daughter and I was charge $135 from the usual $90 I usually paid and they stated it’s because of an independent Dr. In every of my visits I get a little travel kit with case and solution and I was surprised they didn’t to her as a new client. I called them back and and the girl had an attitude. If this is per location then I’ll continue to visit the nearby locations this place didn’t speak customer service satisfaction at all!
