I’m glad I didn’t read the negative reviews. I had a great experience in terms of my purchase and customer services. Lisa, the associate at the Walmart Vision center/Lakewood was professional and very helpful. She called my insurance for me to receive most of the coverage and benefits. The glasses they provided are beautiful and I’m wearing them all the time. I’ll definitely return to this center.

Staff member I was connected with appeared to be new which is no problem...but he lost patience when I asked for specifics and understanding as to what I was exactly getting charged for. Each question I asked him, he provided a vague response that did not address my question at hand and he got frustrated when I tried to understand. Specifics will not be provided, if requested. Very Unprofessional ...the doctor however was amazing.
