I never leave reviews. But it’s bothering me so. I just called to see if I could do walk ins or if I had to make an appointment because online it says they take walk ins and whoever was on the phone was very rude about it and wouldn’t even let me schedule an appointment & hung up the phone before I could ask anymore questions.

Dr. O'Reilly is the best. He knows his job and does it well. I've been going to him for over a decade, but last year decided to try the Canton location (no reason just wanted to try it) Ended wearing glasses where the prescription was off a bit and caused my eyes to strain. Went right back to O'Reilly and he fixed the power in my bifocals. I trust him with my eyes and will only see him from now on. Hopefully he doesn't retire anytime soon;)

I broke my glasses today and unfortunately don't have the ability to buy a new complete pair. Dave (I apologize, it could be Dale. I'm terrible with names.) spent almost 40 mins helping me find a pair of frames that would work with my lenses. He was so sweet! I am so grateful.
