I came in looking to switch my lenses into new frames, the older gentleman who helped me was very sweet and got them done in a couple hours at no charge! When I went to pick them up the older woman who gave me my glasses helped adjust them and everything. Although a tad bit slow when other customers are in the optics center, the service was great!

Horrible rude management. Snotty sarcastic when explained problems. She needs to get another job without people. Less than a year had glasses. Glare coat and scratch resistant do not last . Ralph Lauren Frames horrible do not hold on face.

I went in looking to get better glasses then what I had at a different eye place my older ones where cheap and I did not like them so I decided to go to Walmart the lady there talked me in to a lot more then what I went there for ended up paying around 350 for some glasses now they are nice but about 2 months in to having them I got this big scratch now I only clean them. With the stuff you get there the spray and the cloth and I put them in eye glass case I take very good care of my glasses my older one where cheap and I had them for a year not one scratch these I paid extra for scratch resistant Lens and now I have to go back to my cheap ones because they said oh well nothing we are going to do about it 300 bucks and 3 months later I can’t ware them moral of my story why pay 300 and extra money when the cheap ones last longer
