Excellent experience!! This is my second time getting glasses here. Always outstanding service. Their prices are good and so is their selection of frames. There was a problem with my glasses, and Nick (the manager) went above and beyond to ensure that the issue was amicably resolved. John and Carolina were also very helpful. The entire staff was cordial and professional.

❌❌❌❌❌I when to check my eyes And the doctor toll me to get a classes and I paid $300 and the classes didn’t work on me and I when to Dominican Republic to check again and they toll me that I had Cataratas and got a surgery on both eyes that those glasses that I purchased it was a waste of money.... Now I when again after 2 years just to check because something fell off on my eyes and they didn’t took my Insurance and I had to pay $140 to check what was wrong and the doctor told me that it was a infección and the problem keep going the same and I when to the Walmart on pembroke and university to check my eyes again and the find a piece of metal inside my eyes.!!! DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!❌❌❌❌❌

Optometrist "Boyle" was a bit rude mentioning to "chill out" after I asked him to change the letter screen because I had memorized it. Additionally, he wasn't very thorough and I felt like I paid for someone to give me a a piece of paper that I'd throw away to go to another optometrist.
