A Nice

Family has been going there for years , have 3 children in glasses plus myself spend hundreds a year if not more . I called today asking for the pd number as I am ordering a back up pair of glasses online the young man refused to give me this, told me I had to see the dr again. Why when I was there a month ago and had a full exam done and bought glasses there would you not be able to give me this? Just to get extra money? You know what the pd ( distance between pupils) number is or you wouldn’t be able to order our glasses. I also just spoke with insurance and because of the insurance we have you are not allowed to do that so we will be filing a claim.We won’t be coming back here again which is a shame because we really liked the Dr and the two older gentleman that fit the glasses in the front but the young guy that answered today was so rude , unhelpful and was annoyed just answering the phone.

Easy place to work with. Staff is always pleasant. Never a wait. So much cheaper even with great eye insurance than any of the other places we've gone to order glasses.

Dr Johnson was really fantastic. He explained what every tool does and why we were using it in a quick and easy to understand way, and he took the time to diagnose what I thought was a lazy eye and gave me a new suggestion for exercises I can try to remedy it. The customer service there was also great as the ladies working took the time to answer my questions.
