I will never return to this Walmart Vision store again. I don't appreciate their Up Sales tactic and rude customer service. I went to the Walmart Vision Center on Pentagon Blvd this afternoon trying to get a pair of basic reading glasses. I asked for the basic plastic lens ($30 for the lens), but the sales person kept wanting me to buy upgraded lenses ($60 and over for the lenses). When I insisted that I just wanted a pair of simple reading glasses, he rudely told me that Walmart does not sell the basic plastic lens, as they want their customers to have a pair of quality eye glasses. Yet, why do they have the $30 price tag for the basic plastic lens, if they don't intend to sell them? Walmart Management, if you don't intend to sell the $30 Plastic Lens, please remove this option from your offerings. Don't bait & switch!

I recommend going to a different store. I went in for an eye exam, the doctor NEVER wrote my prescription down after the exam. To the point I had to call the store over 5 times for them to correct it a week after the fact. Once I finally got them to fax my prescription to a different store, the doctor himself wrote it down improperly. What kind of doctor is aloud to be so neglectful. Do better
