Been ordering contacts here for over 10 years, as a veteran receiving 10% off and in my records. Now I'm told I have to show proof every time I order that I am indeed a Veteran. Does being a Veteran have a time limit or expiration? Horrible customer service to Veterans who have to wait to order contacts and order over the phone.

My Mom and I had back to back appointments. We both left saying that was a really great experience! Everyone was really informative, nice and patient.

They tried adjusting my new frames using a heat gun making them look like goggles. I thought I was buying frames not goggles. Manager shouldn’t be a manager, demote her
