Most workers are polite. The two doctors I've experienced over a three year period were knowledgeable. However, My two most recent experiences, have made me decide not to go back to them anymore. I will pick up my last pair of glasses that were ordered. I do appreciate the customer service of the assistant manager, via telephone. Also, for some reason, the two boxes of contact lenses that I ordered at the same time, have expiration dates, two years apart.

The first time I came in they put my name and email wrong in the system and gave me a printout with someone else's name on the receipt. When I returned to pick up the frame I wanted to exchange them for another and they gave me this idiotic explanation for not being able to do it right then. I have had a very bad experience both times! I'm never going back to this place!

They told me my glasses would be ready in 2 weeks to ship to my house, waited well over 2 weeks and during that entire time frame til today, them mentioning that it was a “reminder” to pick up my glasses but I received no calls or messages whatsoever regarding to my glasses the entire time I was waiting. I go to pick them up and one of the lady’s was asking if I had an appointment, I said no I came to pick up my glasses and I sat down. Then another lady comes out just staring at me while I’m making direct eye contact with her for about five seconds, no greeting or anything before I decide to tell her that I came to pick up my glasses. After she goes and brings my glasses out I try them on etc and she’s still staring at me in awkward silence so I say Is that all and afterwards I say thanks so much and left, while she still does not greet me or say anything. The environment felt Very unwelcoming and the energy was off putting. They need to work better on their customer service, if you don’t like your job at least pretend that you do because it shows.
