Worse experience EVER! I called for an appointment for an eye exam as an uninsured patient. I made an appointment and showed up. I paid with my debit card. I went to their optical department for glasses and paid with my debit card. 2 weeks later I got a bill for the exact amount I paid for the eye exam. Called to clear it up. I was told someone would capll me in ablut 5 days. I recieved no phone calls from them. But... I recieved 3 more PAST DUE bills. Called again. I was assured this time someone would call me back. No calls from them. Another bill so I called and was told I owed nothing. Great! I asked for a statement letter saying I had a $0 balance and was told they don't do that. Ugh!... 4 days later another PAST DUE bill!!! We all know that Walmart is not going to sent a person a bill after they see you. It is charged up front!!! They continue their harrassment so now the BBB will have to investigate because I'm obviously being victimized.

So a couple of weeks ago, I skillfully managed to to spray 100% bleach into both of my eyes. Ok, I publically admitted it, so there. :) on our way to the ER my wife called the Walmart vision place and asked if we could see the doctor. Turns out, she was done for the day and was just leaving but when she found out what happened she said to have us come in right away. There, it was our great pleasure to meet Dr. Margarita Patterson who did a complete eye exam on me and luckily found that I had very little corneal damage and prescribed an antibiotic and eye drops to prevent an infection. Thank you Dr. Patterson!! That was very professional and very kind of you to see me even though you about to head home. PS- Everything was normal again on the follow up appointment (which are free, incidentally!).

No matter what frame I bring to this optical store they always tell me the frame is too weak, or it has something wrong etc. The thing is they wanna make sure you buy the frame at their store. I also noticed that the white lady there was very cold with me (I’m from Puerto Rico) all of a sudden a white couple entered the store and she was all smiles. I felt very disappointed and sad.
